In this small house of austere aspect and with an elemental distribution of premises around the courtyard of small dimensions, it represents a characteristic type of architecture originated at the end of the 16th Century. The location of a corner room in the upper story and the commerce downstairs are some of the constructive elements that prevailed in the domestic constructions.
There are hip roofs with joists in wooden round log.
