The façade of this house is very simple. It is defined by the regular and symmetric layout of its spaces.
The lower floor features a simple front and two windows in its sides, with grilles and shapely balusters.
Upstairs, others like this one correspond to this gap and they are finished with a Creole tile cornice.
Complementary elements like the protecting roof and the iron rail of the balcony surrounding all the façade are additions introduced in the 19th Century.
The rectangular courtyard of simple proportions is very important for the ventilation and lighting of the house.
