In a privileged site in a corner of the historic centre this two-storey house is located with tile ceiling and a viewpoint tower.

From its original construction its continuous balcony covering the angle between the two streets, closed by shapely wooden balusters remains. It keeps also the spaces without garnishes in general, the archaic carved and ornate wood ceiling with double tie beams and the attractive finish of the corner room in small pyramids ending the angles.

Among its transformations there is the exterior woodwork of the ground floor in Art Nouveau style.
During the restoration of its façades, some paintings in the walls of the upper floor along Mercaderes street appeared and they were restored. Today they are part of the attractive structure of this building.
