In this house the San Ambrosio school was located from 1689 to 1774 when it was moved to the Seminar School next to the Havana Cathedral.

A balancing simplicity characterizes this house. The strong continuous balcony with wooden baluster determines the division of the façade, essentially plain in ground and high floors, each with four spaces, one of them arranged by the front of access to the interior through the hallway of low prop.

The central courtyard, complemented by a backyard is of nice proportions and it is surrounded in the upper floor by wide galleries with bases. This space is a warm environment enriched by the strong colorful tiles, vegetation and the woodwork.
